Policies and Refunds

All single custom orders require a non-negotiable 60% deposit to initiate production and reserve materials. Deposits are fully refundable only until production has begun. Once production has started, all deposits become non-refundable except at Seller’s sole discretion, and any approved refund will be subject to a minimum 10% processing and administrative fee. The remaining 40% balance must be paid in full prior to pickup or installation. Failure to complete final payment may result in cancellation of the order without refund of the deposit.

All lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Seller shall not be held liable for delays due to manufacturing schedules, supplier delays, shipping issues, or any circumstances outside Seller’s control. Sales tax will be applied to the product cost only and collected on the final invoice as required by California law.

All products include a limited 1-year manufacturer parts warranty covering defects in materials only. This warranty does not cover labor, installation, misuse, improper handling, environmental damage (including UV, corrosion, or chemicals), normal wear and tear, or any modifications. Seller does not guarantee availability of replacement parts and is not responsible for delays, which may exceed 2–3 weeks. All warranty claims are subject to manufacturer approval.

Installation, if provided, is performed using standard mounting hardware and is warranted for workmanship only at the time of installation. Buyer assumes all responsibility for ongoing inspection, maintenance, and ensuring the topper remains properly secured to the vehicle at all times. Seller is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use, failure of mounting, or use after installation.

All toppers are sold as-is with regard to environmental sealing. While seals are designed to reduce water and dust intrusion, no truck bed or topper system is fully sealed, and intrusion may occur under normal use. This is not considered a defect.

Buyer is solely responsible for verifying all vehicle specifications, measurements, and compatibility prior to production. Seller is not responsible for fitment issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by Buyer.

Once the product is completed, Buyer must take possession within forty (40) days of notification. Failure to do so will result in the product being deemed abandoned. Seller reserves the right to resell the product, and Buyer will receive a refund of any amounts paid minus a minimum 20% restocking and administrative fee.

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted once the product has been delivered, installed, or picked up, except as required by applicable law. By placing an order or submitting a deposit, Buyer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined herein.
